Has life been feeling a little off lately? Perhaps it hasn’t been exciting, or things have shifted recently, and you’re just not feeling like yourself. The joy in your relationships might feel like it’s fading. That sense of excitement or purpose you used to have. It feels more complicated and more challenging to reach.

You’re not alone; it doesn’t have to stay this way.

I work with individuals and couples seeking to reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and the aspects of life that once brought them joy. Whether you’re going through a significant life change, struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, or just feeling emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you sort through what’s holding you back and take real steps toward a more fulfilling life.

Over the years, I have worked with people from all walks of life, and one thing has always stood out: we are all searching for meaningful and healthy connections with others, yes, but also with ourselves. That’s where actual healing starts. And that’s what I’m here to help you find.

I’m dedicated to helping my clients rediscover their authentic selves and cultivate deeper, more fulfilling relationships. Together, we will work through the issues to help regain the light in their lives.

    A little About Me:

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, especially my two-and-a-half-year-old niece. She’s the spunkiest and funniest kid I’ve ever met (though I might be biased), and she brings me so much joy. I also love being outdoors. My family is big on paddleboarding, so we often go out together to spend time on the water. One of my absolute favorite activities is snow skiing. My dad works part-time teaching people with disabilities how to ski. Visiting him every year and skiing together is something I truly cherish.

Outside of that, I enjoy the simple things—reading, baking, watching live music, and sharing meals with friends. Whether I’m out exploring nature or enjoying a cozy night at home, I strive to maintain a balance in my life that keeps me grounded and present.
